IP Strategy for Commercial Success
A quarter-day discussion exploring the role of IP in startup and scaleup growth — featuring investor, founder, and IP service perspectives.
IP at Every Stage of Growth
Building IP capability in a startup or scaleup is a different challenge from managing IP in an established organisation. The stakes are high, the resources are constrained, and the decisions made early can shape the value and defensibility of the business for years to come.
This discussion brings together a panel of investors, founders, and IP professionals to explore what good IP strategy looks like at different stages of a company's growth. The format is deliberately conversational — a short panel discussion followed by open dialogue over lunch.
It is designed for in-house IP professionals and those working with startups and scaleups who are curious about the IP dimension. Places are limited to around 40 to keep the conversation genuine.
